We prefer USPS Priority for all USA shipping so your shipping address should be where you get USMail, and don’t forget a floor, suite, apartment, or unit number if there is one. We use UPS when a day-specific delivery is requested.
We use US Mail Global Express for all non-USA shipping and delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days, non-guaranteed. for all non-USA orders, you the customer are responsible for any/all additional customs fees.
Any order needed to be delivered USA 7 calendar days or more from now gets minimum shipping, or FREE for orders over $80. Any order needed within the 7 day window require expedited service and shipping.
In our shopping cart you can select a specific day for delivery and it shows you the shipping charge. We charge shipping by the order, not by the item, so buying more items does not increase the charge.
We ship STEALTH, in a plain brown corrugated box and we even modify our return address to say JPR, Inc. so even if he/she sees the box, as long as he/she doesn’t open something addressed to you, he/she will know you got something, but not yet know what is inside. This works for USA only – for international we HAVE TO write the contents and business name on the customs forms.
