- If your order is damaged in shipping, please email us a picture at info@JustPaperRoses.com and include your choice of whether you would like a replacement (at our cost) or 100% refund of your purchase including any shipping charges you paid, if any.

- Returns and/or damage refunds will be accepted within 45 calendar days of your order.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your damage claim or return of your order, and you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
